We take weddings seriously. The owner of Sea & Smoke, James, personally manages each wedding account – providing responsive communication, seamless planning and collaboration with other vendors, and attention to every detail to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience.

Staffing
Every wedding is unique, and has different staffing needs. We work closely with you to ensure you have adequate staff to make your Wedding day seamless.
Your Chef and Culinary Staff will typically begin to arrive two hours ahead of your start-time to begin set-up and preparation. Serving Staff arrives 30 minutes ahead of the start-time. Standard break-down and clean up typically takes one hour after the end of the event.

Your event chef is the point person for your event. They are in charge of preparing your meal and managing the event staff. Every event requires ONE chef.

Cooks
We generally require 1 Cook per 25 guests, but may increase depending on menu size and selection.
