How Do I Reserve A Date?
To reserve a date for your event, first contact us via the contact page to insure your date is available.
Once we create your menu and provide you an estimate, we ask for a deposit of 20% of the estimated total. You will also be given a Catering Agreement to review and sign. We will hold your date for 7 days after you receive your estimate to make your deposit, after which your date is guaranteed. If the deposit is not received within that time, we re-open the date to others.

What Happens If The Weather is Bad On The Day Of My Event?
In most cases it is an inconvenience we can work around. For Weddings, we ask for a Cook-Tent to be provided. These tents are more heavy-duty and allow us to work in bad weather, avoiding any disruption. However, because we do cook outside, there are certain weather events that will make it dangerous for us to work such as hurricanes, lightning storms, etc. In such an event, we offer you the option to find an indoor venue and/or adjust the menu, reschedule the event, or receive back a portion of your deposit.
Are there any other fees or charges?
For On-Site Events we add gratuity equal to 12% of the food bill.
For deliveries we charge $20
For travel outside of the RI border, we charge $4/mile.
We add a 3.5% Service Charge for all Credit Card payments – a check is our preferred method.
