From large back-yard parties, to memorable celebrations – having Sea & Smoke cater your event will leave an impression on your guests. Our attention to detail and flavor will exceed your expectations, and delight every palate. 

With our On-Site Service we bring our kitchen to you with live wood-fire cooking over our Santa Maria grill and Custom Wood-Fired Smoker. We offer both a casual Self-Serve Buffet, as well as a Full Service Buffet. On-Site Service includes tables for the food, along with tablecloths, all serving utensils & platters, polished chafing dishes, and carving stations.

    includes all the Plateware and utensils your guests will need for your menu. We use biodegradable bamboo plates and utensils, and linen-like napkins

  • Trash Removal $3 per person

On-Site Staff

Every event has different staffing needs. We work closely with you to ensure you have adequate staff to make your party seamless. 

For parties, we typically spend 3-4 hours On-Site. This includes Set-Up, Food preparation & service, and break-down. Your Chef and Culinary Staff will typically begin to arrive one and a half hours ahead of your start-time to begin set-up and preparation.
